Veterinary Management Menu
After installing the module, users can access the Veterinary menu from the top navigation in Odoo. From the animal form, users can enter and manage important details such as animal information, pet owner, date of birth, age, sex, picture, diseases, evaluations, surgeries, genetic risks, lab tests, medications, and vaccinations.
Appointments
After creating the animal profile, users can access the Appointments menu in Odoo and enter the required appointment details, including the animal, pet owner, physician, urgency level, appointment time, specialty, and consultation service. Once all required information is entered, click the Confirm button to confirm the appointment.
Done Appointment
After confirming the appointment, click the Done button to complete it. The appointment will then be marked as Done, showing that the veterinary appointment has been completed successfully.
Confirm Registration
In the Animal Hospitalization Administration form, enter the required details such as the Animal and Hospital Bed. Then, click the Confirm Registration button.
After confirmation, the status changes from Free to Confirmed. Two new buttons, Patient Admission and Discharge Patient, will appear. To admit the animal, click Patient Admission.
Discharge Patient
After clicking Patient Admission, the status changes from Confirmed to Hospitalized, and the Discharge Patient button appears.
You can also transfer the patient to another bed using the Bed Transfer option. When the patient is ready to leave, click Discharge Patient to complete the hospitalization process.
Create the prescription
After clicking Discharge Patient, you can create a prescription for the animal. Enter the required medicine details, such as Medicine, Dose, Form, Frequency, Quantity, and Treatment Period. The prescription will be linked to the animal and its appointment for easy reference.
Create Prescription Invoice
In the prescription, you can create a Prescription Invoice or Prescription Shipment. To create an invoice, select Create Prescription Invoice. A confirmation wizard will appear, where you can click Create Prescription Invoices to generate the invoice.
Generated Invoice
After clicking Create Prescription Invoice, the system generates the prescription invoice, as shown in the figure.
If you want to create a shipment, click Create Prescription Shipment. A confirmation wizard will appear, where you can click Create Prescription Shipment to generate the shipment.

After clicking Create Prescription Shipment, the system creates a shipment order for the prescribed medicines, as shown in the figure.
From the Laboratory menu, you can also access Draft Lab Requests to view and manage lab requests before processing them.
Create Lab Result
After creating the lab test, you can view the Lab Test Result from the generated request in odoo. From the lab request, you can also Create Lab Result or Create Lab Invoice as shown in the figure.
Create Lab Result Wizard
When you click Create Lab Result, a wizard will appear to generate the required lab test. Click Create Lab Test to create the test result in odoo, as shown in the figure.
Create Lab Invoice
After selecting Create Lab Invoice, a wizard will appear to generate the invoice. Click Create Lab Invoice to create the invoice for the lab test.
The generated invoice will then be displayed with the customer, invoice details, lab test product, quantity, price, taxes, and total amount, as shown in the figure.
Laboratory Report
After clicking Lab Record, you can view the complete laboratory report of the animal. The report includes patient details, test results, normal ranges, units, and doctor information. You can also print the report for further use.
Create Request
After clicking the Confirm button, the request status changes from Draft to Confirmed, and a new Create Result button appears.
Click Create Result to create the imaging result. You will then see the result page shown in the below figure.
Create Invoice
After confirming the request, the status changes from Draft to Confirmed. A Create Invoice option is available from the actions menu.
Click Create Invoice to open the invoice wizard. In the wizard, click Create Invoice to generate the invoice for the medical service.

After clicking Create Invoice in the wizard, the invoice will be generated successfully.
From the Animal page, you can also use the Print option to access different reports, such as Patient Card, Medication History, Vaccination History, Diseases Report, and Lab Test.
Patient Card
When you click Patient Card, a patient card report will be generated. It shows basic patient details such as Patient ID, Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Age, and Blood Group.
Medication History
When you click Medication History New, a medication history report will be generated. It shows the patient's medicines, start date, end date, active status, and doctor details.
Vaccinations History and Diseases Report
When you click Vaccinations History, a vaccination history report will be generated. It shows the patient's vaccine, dose, date, and observations.
When you click Diseases Report New, a disease report will be generated. It shows details such as disease, severity, status, active status, diagnosis date, and remarks.
Lab Test, Appointment Receipt Report
When you click Lab Test, a lab test report will be generated with the patient's laboratory test details.
You can also print the Appointment Receipt from the available report options. This provides a record of the patient's appointment details.
