Pharmacy Manager Access Rights
Under Settings > Users & Companies > Users in Odoo, the Administrator can enable the Pharmacy Manager access right for a user. This grants the manager the required permissions to manage and control the pharmacy store operations in Odoo.
Configure Medicine Type
Under Pharmacy Management > Configuration > Medicine Type, the manager can create and manage different types of medicines. This allows pharmacy staff to categorize medicines based on their form, such as liquid, tablets, capsules, drops and injections in Odoo.
Configure Medicine Category
Under Pharmacy Management > Configuration > Medicine Category, the manager can configure medicine categories and enable the Is Prescription? option. When enabled, the required prescription attachment can be enforced for pharmacy sales, helping ensure prescription-based medicines are properly documented in Odoo.
Configure Manufacturing Company
Under Pharmacy Management > Configuration > Manufacturing Company, the manager can create and manage pharmaceutical manufacturing companies by entering the company name and selecting the relevant vendors from the vendor list in Odoo.
Create Pharmacy Medicines
Under Sales > Products in Odoo, the manager can create pharmacy medicines and configure essential medicine details. Users can specify the Medicine Type, Medicine Category, Manufacturing Company and Expiry Date to maintain accurate medicine information and support effective pharmacy inventory management.

Pharmacy Sales Order
Under Sales > Sale Orders in Odoo, the manager can create and manage pharmacy sales orders by adding medicines, specifying quantities and recording prescription requirements.
Customer Invoice
Manager can view the customer invoice generated for pharmacy sales in Odoo, including the medicines, quantities, prices, applicable taxes and total amount.
Pharmacy Vendors
Goto Pharmacy Management > Purchase > Vendors in Odoo, where the manager can create and manage pharmacy vendor details.
Pharmacy Purchase Order
Manager can create and manage pharmacy purchase orders in Odoo by selecting vendors and adding medicines with the required quantities, unit prices and applicable taxes.
Vendor Bill
Under Purchase in Odoo, the manager can view vendor bills generated for purchased medicines. The vendor bill displays the supplier details, medicines, quantities, unit prices, applicable taxes and total amount, helping the pharmacy maintain accurate purchase and accounting records.
Pharmacy Employees
Goto Pharmacy Management > Employees > Employees in Odoo, where the manager can create and manage pharmacy employee details.
Customer Invoice Analysis in Graph
Manager can view the customer invoice analysis report in Odoo using the graph view. The graph provides a visual representation of invoice amounts across different periods, helping the manager analyze customer billing trends and monitor pharmacy sales performance.

Pharmacy User WorkFlow
Under Settings > Users & Companies > Users, the administrator can configure access rights for pharmacy users in Odoo. By enabling the Pharmacy Manager access right, the user can be granted the required permissions to manage pharmacy-related operations and configuration based on their assigned responsibilities.
Pharmacy Management for User
Confirm Order for RFQ
For a normal user in Odoo, the Confirm Order button is not visible, so they can only create and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in the Purchase module. Only users with the appropriate purchase access rights can confirm an RFQ and convert it into a purchase order.
Warning
If a user confirms an order containing expired medicines, a validation warning is raised to prevent the order from being confirmed.
If a user saves an order containing medicines that require a prescription attachment but no prescription is attached, a validation warning is raised requiring the prescription before the order can be saved.
