Agriculture Management User Access
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, administrators can manage user access based on their roles. Users can be assigned different access levels, such as Manager or Officer, to control which agriculture-related features and records they can access.
Agriculture Crop
To configure a crop product in the Odoo Agriculture Management System, enable the "Is Agri" option on the product. Then, go to the Agriculture tab and enable the "Agri Crop" option to mark the product as an agriculture crop.
Crop Raw Material
To configure a raw material for agriculture in the Odoo Agriculture Management System, enable the "Is Agri" option on the product. Then, go to the Agriculture tab and enable "Crop Raw Material" to mark the product as a raw material used for crops.
Crop Labour
To configure labour for agriculture in the Odoo Agriculture Management System, enable the "Is Agri" option on the product. Then, go to the Agriculture tab and enable "Crop Labour" to mark the product as labour used for crop activities.
Crop Overhead
To set a product as a crop overhead cost in the Odoo Agriculture Management System, enable "Is Agri" on the product. Then, open the Agriculture tab and enable "Crop Overhead".
Agriculture Menu
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, users can access the "Agriculture" menu to manage and view important agriculture information. Users can manage farmers, farm locations, vehicles, animals, crops, and other agriculture-related records from this menu.
Agriculture Farmers
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, go to Agriculture > Configuration > Configure Agri Farmers to view and manage farmer details. Users can create new farmers and keep their information organized in one place.
Agriculture Farm Locations
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, go to Agriculture > Configuration > Configure Agri Farm Locations to create and manage farm locations. Users can add location details and easily view all farm locations in one place.
Agriculture Animals
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, go to Agriculture > Configuration > Configure Agri Animals to create and manage animal details. Users can add new animals and easily view all registered animals in one place.
Agriculture Vehicles
Under Agriculture > Configuration > Configure Agri Vehicles, users can create and manage agricultural vehicles in the Odoo Agriculture Management System. The vehicle records include details such as the fleet vehicle, total vehicle quantity, start and finish dates, and vehicle description.
Agriculture Crops
Under Agriculture > Crops > Agriculture Crops, users can view and manage all created crops in the Odoo Agriculture Management System, including material, labor, overhead, diseases, processes, and other crop-related information.
Users can define the Period to Produce in Days, Months, or Years and configure the Crop Season, Crop Warehouse, and Crop Stock Location for each crop.
Crop's Raw Materials
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, users can manage the raw materials required for each crop under the Crop's Raw Materials tab. Add products such as fertilizers and pesticides along with their descriptions, quantities, and units of measure to define the materials needed for crop production.
Crop's Labours
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, users can manage the labor requirements for each crop under the Crop's Labours tab. Add labor activities such as harvesting and planting along with their descriptions, quantities, and units of measure to track the workforce required for crop production.
Crop's Overheads
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, users can manage crop-related overhead costs under the Crop's Overheads tab. Add overhead items such as transportation along with their descriptions, quantities, and units of measure to track additional production expenses.
Disease Of Crops
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, users can manage diseases associated with each crop under the Diseases Of Crops tab. Add disease cures along with descriptions to record common crop diseases, such as rust and powdery mildew, and their related information.
List of Processes
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, users can define and manage the processes required for each crop under the List of Processes tab. Add tasks such as seeding, harvesting, and irrigation to organize the activities involved in crop production.
Crop's Description
In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, users can add a detailed description for each crop under the Crop's Description tab. This section can be used to record important information about the crop, such as its characteristics, uses, and other relevant details.
Crops Processes
Under Agriculture > Crops > Crops Processes, users can create and manage crop processes for different crops. This helps organize and track individual activities involved in crop cultivation, such as seeding, harvesting, irrigation, and other farming operations within the Odoo Agriculture Management System.
Process Equipment
Under Agriculture > Crops > Crops Processes, users can manage the equipment assigned to a specific crop process. In the Process Equipments tab, users can add equipment along with its serial number, allotted date, owner, technician, and equipment category. This helps track the resources used for individual farming activities in the Odoo Agriculture Management System.
Process Animals
Under Agriculture > Crops > Crops Processes, users can manage animals assigned to a specific crop process from the Process Animals tab. Users can add animals along with the total number of animals, begin date, finish date, and animal description. This helps track animals involved in different agricultural activities within the Odoo Agriculture Management System.
Process Fleets
Under Agriculture > Crops > Crops Processes, users can manage fleet vehicles assigned to a specific crop process from the Process Fleets tab. Users can add fleet vehicles along with their quantity, begin date, finish date, and vehicle description in odoo.
Cures of Diseases
Under Agriculture > Cures of Diseases, users can create and manage crop diseases along with their details. This allows users to maintain disease information and associate appropriate cures with affected crops, helping improve crop health management through the Odoo Agriculture Management System.
Disease Details
Under Agriculture > Cures of Diseases, users can view detailed information about a crop disease, including its symptoms, survival and spread, suitable conditions, and cause description in odoo.
Disease Cure
Under Agriculture > Cures of Diseases, users can manage the cure information for a specific crop disease. The Disease Cure tab provides details such as precautions, medications, and cure descriptions, helping users maintain effective disease management information within the Odoo Agriculture Management System.
Incidents On Crops
Under Agriculture > Incidents On Crops, users can create and manage different incidents related to crops. Users can record details such as the crop name, location, task name, incident date, and description to maintain a clear record of crop-related incidents in the Odoo Agriculture Management System.
Crop Order
Under Agriculture > Crop Orders, users can create and manage crop request orders for different crops.
Users can also create a crop request directly from a Sales Order by clicking the "Create Crop Request" button in the order header.
In the Create Crop Request wizard, users can select the Crop, enter the Estimated Quantity, and select the Farmer for whom the crop request is being created. Users can also specify the Begin Date. Based on the selected crop's production period, the Finish Date is automatically calculated. After reviewing the request details, users can click Create to generate the crop request in the Odoo Agriculture Management System.
Created Crop Order
After creating the crop request from a sales order, users can view the generated crop request under Agriculture > Crop Orders. The list displays key details such as the crop, process start date, expected completion date, inspector, crop farmer, related company, and current state of each crop order in the Odoo Agriculture Management System.
Crop Orders Kanban View
Under Agriculture > Crop Orders, users can view all created crop orders in the Kanban view, with key details such as the crop order number, customer, crop, quantity, and farmer.
Crop Order Analysis View
Under Agriculture > Crop Orders, users can analyze crop orders using the Analysis view. The Odoo Agriculture Management System provides grouped data with measures such as Count, allowing users to review crop orders by farmer and order status for better analysis and reporting.
Crop Order Graph View
Under Agriculture > Crop Orders, users can analyze crop orders in the Graph view. The Odoo Agriculture Management System displays crop order data visually by selected measures and grouping options, helping users compare orders and identify trends based on factors such as crop farmers and order status.

Crop Order Form View
Users can view the created crop order in the New state, including the selected crop, estimated quantity, unit of measure, process start date, farmer, and other order details. In the Odoo Agriculture Management System, users can click Confirm to confirm the crop order and move it to the next stage.
After clicking Confirm, the crop order stage changes to Confirmed. The Odoo Agriculture Management System automatically adds the required equipment, animals, fleets, and diseases associated with the selected crop, which users can access through the respective smart buttons.

In Progress Crop Order
By clicking the "IN PROGRESS" button, the user can start processing the crop order. The order stage changes from "CONFIRMED" to "IN PROGRESS", indicating that crop production activities have started.
User can also view the project and tasks created for the crop order. The crop order provides access to the related Tasks and Project, allowing users to manage and track the activities associated with crop production directly from the order.
Crop Projects
User can access the Crop Projects from the smart buttons of the crop order and view the project linked to the respective crop order. The project form displays the project manager, linked crop order, planned date, tasks, and project details.
Users can also access Crop Orders and Related Crops directly from the project using the available smart buttons, providing quick access to crop-related information and project activities.
Crop Tasks
User can access Crop Tasks from the smart buttons of the crop project and view all tasks associated with the respective crop order. Each task, such as Seeding, Harvesting, and Irrigation, can be managed with assigned users and activity details, while task-related information can be tracked along with the crop order's incidents, equipment, animals, and fleets.

By clicking the “DONE” button, the crop order is moved from In Progress to the Done stage, indicating that the crop order processing has been completed.
Crop Order Report
User can print the Crop Order Report as a PDF from the crop order's action menu. The report provides a printable document containing the crop order details for record-keeping and reference.
Agriculture Crops Report
User can print the Agriculture Crops Report as a PDF from the crop record's action menu. The report includes the crop details, raw materials, labours, overheads, diseases, processes, and crop description.
After the crop order is marked Done, the produced crop quantity is also updated in the corresponding crop record, allowing users to track the available crop stock from the crop form.
User can view the updated crop quantity in the selected stock location from the crop record. The On Hand Quantity reflects the produced crop quantity available at the configured stock location, while the Reserved Quantity shows any quantity reserved against the crop.
