Boat Configuration
Go to Configuration > Boat in the Odoo Fishing & Fishery Management System to create and configure a new boat. You can define details such as the Boat Name, Fuel Type, Boat Identification Number, Boat Captain, Crew Members, and Model Name.
Create a New Receive Goods
Go to Receive Goods and create a new receive entry. Add the Fish product with its quantity and weight, then click the "Confirm" button to record the received goods.
When you click the "Confirm" button without adding an expense, Odoo displays a validation error indicating that an expense must be added before confirming the receive entry.
Create an Expense
Create an expense and click "Add Line" to open the Expense Wizard, where you can enter the required expense details.
Fill in the required details in the Expense Wizard and click "Save" to record the expense.
When you click "Create Report", the Expense form opens. Enter the required details and submit the expense report to the manager for approval.
Approve the expense
The manager can review the submitted expense in Odoo and click the "Approve" button to approve it.
Click the "Post Journal Entries" button to post the journal entries and complete the expense accounting process in Odoo.
Click the "Journal Entry" button to view the journal entry created for the approved expense in Odoo.
Click the "Pay" button on the bill to record the payment in Odoo. This allows you to complete the payment for the posted bill.
Added Expense
After adding the expense, click the "Confirm" button. The expense will be added successfully, and its status will change to Done in Odoo.
Click the "Processing" button to move the fish receiving entry to the processing stage in Odoo.
When you click "Processing", a wizard will open. In the wizard, you can sort the fish products as required before continuing the processing in Odoo.
Once all the processing is completed, the fish receiving entry moves to the Done stage in Odoo.
Fish analysis report
Users can view the Fish Analysis Report in Odoo to check fish receiving and processing details, helping them track quantities, weights, expenses, and processed fish records.
Generate Fish PDF and Excel Reports
Users can generate Fish Analysis Reports in PDF and Excel formats from Odoo. These reports help users review and analyze fish receiving, processing, quantity, weight, and related details.

Users can generate the Sorted Fish Report in both PDF and Excel formats from Odoo. These reports provide details of the sorted fish, including products, quantities, weights, and related processing information.
