Real Estate Product Variant Installment No
each real estate product variant can have a different number of installments. Users can view the installment option and the No. of Installments for each property variant, such as 6 or 12 installments.
Real Estate Property Type
users can create and manage different Real Estate Property Types, such as Residential, Commercial, and Industrial. Each property type can have a unique code for easy identification and management in odoo.
Real Estate Product Website Shop View
customers can view real estate products on the website with details such as the property image, price, installment options, documents, and location on Google Maps. Customers can select an installment option and add the property to the cart or request a quote in odoo.
Request for Quotation
customers can request a quotation for a real estate property by entering their name, email, phone number, property location, property type, comments, and quantity. After entering the required details, they can click Submit Quote to send their request in odoo.
Real Estate Product Commission
In Odoo you can configure commissions for real estate products based on different sales commission levels. Set commission percentages for Manager, Salesperson, and Broker to manage commission amounts for each role.
Commission Configuration Setting
managers can configure how commissions are calculated. They can choose to calculate commissions based on the Sales Order, Invoice, or Payment, and set the calculation based on the Sales Team, Product Category, Product, or Partner.
Create Order

Attribute Value View
users can view the attribute values created for a real estate product. For example, the Installment attribute can have values such as 6 installments, 12 installments, and 24 installments.
Create Instalments for Real Estate Product
users can create installments for a real estate product directly from the Sales Order. By clicking Create Installments, users can set up the installment plan for the selected property.
Created Installments on Sale Order
created installments are displayed in the Installments tab of the sale order. Users can view the partner, date, source document, due date, total amount, amount due, and payment status for each installment.
Installment Invoices
separate invoices are created for each real estate installment. Users can view the invoice number, due date, tax-excluded amount, checked status, and payment status for each installment invoice in odoo.
