Under Fleet > Configuration > Fuel Type, users can create and manage different fuel types used for fleet vehicles.

Create Fuel Tank

Under Fleet > Configuration > Fuel Tank, users can create and manage fuel tanks by entering details such as the tank name, location, last clean date, fuel type and capacity. The fuel tank form also provides key information about the available fuel, average price, filling history and fuel consumption. Users can click Add Fuel to record a new fuel filling for the tank.

From the fuel tank form, users can click Add Fuel to open the fuel entry wizard. Users can enter the fuel quantity in liters and the price per liter, then click Save to record the fuel addition.

Once fuel is added to the tank, the Fuel Details section is updated with the current fuel quantity, capacity and average fuel price. The Total Filling Fuel percentage also shows how much of the tank capacity has been filled.

The Fuel Filling History section keeps a record of each fuel entry, including the date, price, fuel filling reference and liters added.

Create Vehicle Fuel Logs

Users can create vehicle fuel logs to record fuel usage for each fleet vehicle. The log includes the vehicle, employee, fuel tank, fuel quantity, price per liter and total fuel cost.

Users can also enter the new odometer reading, while the system displays the previous odometer reading to help track vehicle usage between fuel entries.

Fuel Consumption Details

The vehicle record keeps track of fuel usage based on the fuel logs. Users can view the last odometer reading, while fuel consumption data is updated from the recorded fuel entries.

Fuel Tank View

After recording a vehicle fuel log, the entered fuel quantity is deducted from the available fuel quantity in the selected fuel tank.

The Fuel Details section updates the remaining liters and filling percentage, while the Last Filling Details show the latest fuel entry, including the filling date, amount and price per liter. The Fuel Filling History also keeps a record of previous fuel additions for easy tracking.
