Sport Center Dashboard
Users can access key Odoo Sports Management menus directly from the dashboard and view an overview of inquiries, students, coaches, events, grounds/courts, bookings, registrations, and equipment.
Sports Center Menu
Users can create and manage Sports Centers with details such as contact information, address, sport type, student and coach settings, disability options, and sport product configuration in odoo.
Sports Equipments Menu
Go to Sports Management Center → Sports → Sports Equipments to create and manage sports equipment with details such as product name, price, and equipment image.
Create Inquiry from the Portal
Guest users can submit an inquiry from the portal by entering the required details and click the Send button.
Guest users can view a confirmation message showing that their inquiry registration request has been successfully generated with a unique request number.
Inquiry Menu
Under Sports Management Center → Admission → Inquiry, users can view and manage all student inquiry registration requests, including applicant details, sport center, duration, query, and request state.
Admin can respond to student inquiries by clicking Send Answer, reviewing the email, and sending the response directly to the student's registered email address.
Email Notification for Inquiry Answer
Students receive an email notification with the response to their sports inquiry after the admin sends the answer.
Student Admission Inquiry
Admin can grant admission to a student from the inquiry by clicking the Admission button.
Create Registration Request from Portal
Guest users can submit a registration request by entering their personal, contact, disability, and sport details, then clicking Register Now.
Guest users can view a confirmation message showing that their registration request has been successfully generated with a unique request number.
Registrations Menu
Under Sports Management Center → Admission → Registrations, users can view and manage all student registration requests, including student details, sport, sports center, coach, contact information, and registration status.
User can assign a trainer to the student and enroll the admission by clicking the “ENROLL” button.
Once the user clicks “ENROLL”, a confirmation popup appears to proceed with invoice creation for the student admission.
User can view the Invoice smart button from the student admission and proceed to make the invoice payment.
Students Menu
User can view the list of students along with their admission and sport-related details.
Book Ground from the Portal
User can book a ground or court from the portal by selecting the required ground and available time slot.
User can review the ground booking details and click the “Confirm Booking” button to confirm the booking in Odoo.
After confirming the ground booking, the user can proceed to the checkout and payment for the selected ground and time slot in Odoo.
Booking Menu
Under Sports Management Center → Booking, users can view and manage the list of ground and court bookings along with their booking details and status.
User can view the generated Sale Order for the confirmed ground or court booking in Odoo, including the related booking and payment details.
User can confirm the Sale Order for the booking and then make the required invoice payment in Odoo.
Once the invoice payment is completed, the user can confirm the ground booking in Odoo.
Couch Menu
Go to Sports Management Center → Sports → Coach to view the list of coaches along with their details in Odoo.
Register Event from the Portal
Users can register for an event from the portal by entering the required details and making the registration payment in Odoo.
Booked Event
Users can view their booked events from the portal, including the event details and tickets in Odoo.
Certificates Menu
Users can view the list of certificates issued to students in Odoo, along with their certificate details.
