Create Patient
Under Pathology Management > Patients, users can create a new patient record and enter the required patient details, including personal information, blood type, Rh factor, marital status, patient ID, date of birth, and other relevant medical information in odoo.
Create Physician
Under Pathology Management > Configuration > Physician, users can create and manage physician records in odoo. They can enter the physician's registration number, institution, specialty, and other relevant professional details.
Create Pathology Lab Center
Under Pathology Management > Configuration > Pathology Lab Center, users can create and manage pathology lab center records in odoo. They can maintain essential contact and location details such as the lab center name, phone number, email address, salesperson, city, and country.
Lab Testing Unit
Under Pathology Management > Configuration > Lab Testing Units, users can create and manage laboratory testing units in odoo. Each unit can be defined with its unit name and corresponding code to standardize the measurement units used for laboratory tests.
Type of Lab test
Under Pathology Management Software > Configuration > Type of Lab Test, users can create and manage different types of laboratory tests offered by the hospital. Each test can be configured with a lab test name and test code, allowing hospitals to maintain and organize their available laboratory services in odoo.
Send Appointment Request
After entering the required appointment details, users can click the "SEND REQUEST" button to submit the appointment request for further processing. The appointment status then progresses from Draft to Request Sent.
Check Lab Test Request
Here you can see the request that you made in lab test which is shown in Fig.
Lab Result
After sending an appointment request in odoo, users can view the associated lab test requests under the Lab Requests tab. The tab displays details such as the lab request number, test type, request date, patient, physician and request status, allowing users to easily track the lab tests linked to the appointment.
Details of all the tests
Under the Lab Tests tab of the patient record, users can view the details of all laboratory tests conducted for the patient. The list provides key information such as the appointment, patient, urgency level, appointment start date, physician, pathology lab centre and test status, making it easy to track the patient's laboratory history.
Generate the invoice
Users can generate an invoice for the selected appointment and associated lab tests by clicking the "CREATE INVOICE" button. The generated invoice includes the customer, invoice date, due date, lab test, quantity, price, applicable taxes and total amount, allowing users to manage billing for pathology services efficiently.
Lab Test Result
Under Pathology Management > Laboratory > Lab Tests Results, users can view the results of completed laboratory tests. The result record displays key details such as the test type, patient, physician, pathologist, analysis date, requested date, overall result and diagnosis, along with individual test parameters, reference limits, units, results and remarks.
