List of Doctors Menu
Under Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > List of Doctors, users can create and manage doctor records. This feature in Odoo Pharmacy Management helps maintain a centralized list of doctors who can be associated with prescriptions, patients and medicine sales.

Doctor
Under Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > List of Doctors, users can add a doctor by creating a new contact and enabling the Is Doctor option. Users can enter the doctor's contact information such as name, address, phone, mobile, email and other relevant details.
Pharmacy Products Menu
Under Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > Pharmacy Products, users can view and manage the list of pharmacy products, including product names and prices. This provides an organized view of the medicines and other products available for pharmacy operations.
Enable Pharmacy Product
To configure a product for pharmacy operations, users need to enable the Is Pharmacy Product option on the product form in Odoo Point of Sale. Once enabled, the Pharmacy tab becomes available, allowing users to enter and manage additional pharmacy-specific product details.
Add Pharmacy Details
In the Pharmacy tab of Odoo, users can enter additional pharmacy-specific information for the product. By enabling Is Medicine, users can define the Manufacturer, Diseases, Medicine Usage, Side Effects, Precautions and Alternative Products associated with the medicine. This helps maintain complete and organized product information for pharmacy operations.
Create Manufacturing Companies
Under Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > Manufacturing Companies, users can create and manage manufacturing companies for pharmacy products.
List of Diseases Menu
Under Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > List of Diseases, users can create and manage diseases along with their descriptions.

Under Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > Medicine Usage, users can create and manage medicine usage information along with a description. This helps maintain clear usage details for medicines and associate the relevant information with pharmacy products.

Create Side Effects of Medicines
Under Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > Side Effects, users can create and manage the side effects associated with medicines. This allows users to maintain side-effect information that can be linked to relevant pharmacy products for better medicine management.
Precautions Menu
Under Odoo Point of Sale > Pharmacy Management > Precautions, users can create and manage precautions along with relevant advice. This helps maintain precautionary information that can be associated with medicines and displayed as part of the pharmacy product details.

POS Configuration for Pharmacy
Under Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings, User can enable list view and enable/disable display product name, product type, product reference code, product UOM, product price, product on hand qty, forecast qty, product image as small size, medium side and large size.
User can set the default product view as 'List View' or 'Grid View'
User have option to enable 'Advance Search' option to allow advance search in POS.
User have option to enable 'Delete Order' option to delete the order in POS
User have option to enable 'Clear Orderline' option to remove the orderline in POS
User have option to enable 'Quick Pay' option to use quick pay feature by selection journal in POS.
List View of Pharmacy Products in POS
In Odoo Point of Sale, users can view pharmacy products in a detailed List View. The list displays important product information such as the product image, product code, name, type, unit of measure, price, on-hand quantity and forecasted quantity, making it easier to identify and select medicines during POS operations.
Advance Search in POS
In Odoo Point of Sale, users can switch to the Grid View to display pharmacy products in an easy-to-select layout. Users can also use the Advanced Search option to quickly search and find the required pharmacy product, making product selection faster and more convenient during POS operations.
Search Pharmacy Products
Users can easily search for pharmacy products in Odoo Point of Sale by applying advanced search criteria such as manufacturer, diseases, medicine usage, side effects, and precautions. This helps users quickly identify the required pharmacy products based on specific medical information.
Apply Searched Product
View Searched Product
Users can view the searched pharmacy product in Odoo Point of Sale based on the selected search criteria. The matching product is displayed in the POS product list, allowing users to quickly identify and select the required pharmacy product.
Added Pharmacy Product to Cart
Users can add the selected pharmacy product to the Odoo POS cart for billing. They can also view available alternative products and add a suitable alternative product to the cart when required.
Select Alternative Product
Remove Orderline in POS
Users can remove an individual order line from the Odoo POS cart using the remove icon. They can also use the available option to clear all order lines from the cart at once.
Delete Order in POS
Users can delete the current order from the Odoo POS using the Delete Order icon. This allows users to remove an unwanted order and clear the associated order lines from the POS screen.
Select Doctor
Users can select a doctor for the current order in Odoo POS by clicking the Doctor button. This allows the selected doctor to be associated with the pharmacy order for proper tracking and billing.
View Doctor List
Users can view the available doctors in Odoo POS by clicking the Doctor button. They can select the required doctor from the displayed list and associate the doctor with the current pharmacy order.
Quick Pay Button in POS
Users can quickly complete the payment for a pharmacy POS order in Odoo POS by clicking the Quick Pay button. This helps process payments faster without going through additional payment steps.
