Language School Menu
Users can access the Language School menu from the main application dashboard.
The Language School menu provides a centralized platform to manage day-to-day language school operations. Users can access and manage students, teachers, services, classes, lessons, attendance and invoicing from a single interface, helping streamline academic activities and administrative processes.
Students
Users can create and manage student records for the language school.
The Student Management feature allows administrators to maintain complete student information, including personal details, emergency contact information, country, enrolled classes, attendance and academic activities. This helps the language school keep student records organized and easily accessible from a centralized platform.
Teachers
Users can create and manage teachers and instructors for the language school.
The Teacher Management feature allows administrators to maintain teacher records, including their contact information, job details, and assigned roles. Administrators can also assign teachers to classes and lessons and manage their teaching schedules, helping ensure effective coordination of instructors and academic activities.
Services
Users can create and manage different services offered by the language school.
The Services feature allows administrators to configure and maintain services such as language courses, language proficiency tests, placement assistance, and visa assistance. Users can define service details, pricing, and applicable taxes, making it easier to manage the school’s educational and related service offerings efficiently.
Manage Classes
Users can create and manage multiple classes for the language school.
The Manage Classes feature allows administrators to organize language classes with specific class names, start and end dates, assigned teachers and lesson schedules. Users can manage different types of classes, such as general language, exam preparation, business language, conversation, cultural and online classes, helping streamline class planning and academic operations.
Class Repeat Frequency
Users can set the class repeat frequency according to their scheduling requirements.
Class Repeat Frequency feature allows users to configure classes to repeat on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis. When a repeat frequency is selected, the system automatically creates lessons for the class according to the configured schedule, reducing the need to create each lesson manually and simplifying recurring class management.
If users select Weekly as the class repeat frequency, they can select the required days of the week, such as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
If user select class to repeat monthly then, user have option to select date of month, and the lesson for class will created for each selected dates of month.
Add Lesson for Class
Users can add a lesson to a language school class by clicking the “ADD LESSON” button available on the class form.
The Add Lesson feature allows users to schedule individual lessons within a class and manage important lesson details such as the lesson name, start time, end time, and status. This helps administrators and teachers organize class activities and maintain lesson schedules efficiently.
When creating a lesson, the system opens an Add Lessons wizard where users can select the students who will attend the class.
Users can select the required students from the list and click the “Add Lesson” button. The system then adds the selected students to the lesson and creates the lesson according to the configured class schedule and repeat frequency.
Start Class
Users can view the lessons generated for a class according to the selected repeat frequency and configured schedule.
Once the required lessons have been added, users can click the “START” button to start the class. The system updates the class status and organizes the generated lessons for the scheduled learning sessions, allowing teachers and administrators to manage the class efficiently.
Lessons
Under Law User can see all created lessons under Language School > Lessons menu.
Users can view and manage all created lessons from the Language School → Lessons menu. The lesson management section provides centralized access to lesson records, schedules, assigned teachers, and lesson statuses for better academic organization.
Start Lesson
Teacher can start lesson by clicking "START" button on lesson.
Teachers can begin a lesson by clicking the “Start” button on the lesson form. This feature allows instructors to manage live class sessions, monitor lesson progress, and update attendance records directly within the system.
Student Attendance in Lesson
Teacher can see "Mark Present" and "Mark Absent" button to add attendance for student and click "COMPLETE" button to complete lesson.
During a lesson, teachers can mark student attendance using the “Mark Present” and “Mark Absent” buttons. After completing attendance and lesson activities, teachers can click the “Complete” button to finalize the lesson.
Teachers and administrators can view completed classes and their associated lessons within the Language School Management module. Once a class session has been conducted, users can click the “Complete” button to mark the class as completed.
The system records the completed status along with student attendance, allowing users to track which students were Present or Absent for the class. This helps maintain accurate lesson and attendance records for future reference.
Student Attendance
Users can view student attendance records for language school classes under the Language School → Student Attendance menu. The attendance list displays the lesson, student name and attendance status, allowing administrators and teachers to easily monitor student participation.
The system provides a centralized view of attendance for all lessons, with each student marked as Present or Absent. This helps language schools maintain accurate attendance records and track student participation throughout their courses.
Group By Lesson
Users can organize and analyze lesson records by using the Group By option available in the Lessons menu. The system allows users to group lessons based on Teacher, Service or State, making it easier to review and manage lesson information.
Completed Class
Once all lessons associated with a class have been completed, users can finalize the class by clicking the “COMPLETE” button on the class form.
After completion, the class status is updated to Completed, allowing teachers and administrators to clearly track finalized classes and maintain an accurate record of completed learning sessions.
Create Invoice
Users can create an invoice for students based on their class attendance by clicking the “CREATE INVOICE” button on the class form.
User can see and access created invoice from smart button on class.
After invoice generation, users can easily access created invoices through the smart button available on the class form. This provides quick access to billing records and improves financial management efficiency within the Language School Management system.
Language Class Report
Users can access the Language Class Report from Language School → Reports → Language Class Report. This report provides a centralized view of language classes, including class names, assigned teachers, scheduled dates and the number of lessons associated with each class.
The report helps administrators and teachers review class schedules and lesson activity in a structured format, making it easier to monitor and manage language school operations.
On wizard user can select start date, end date, classes type as "Started, Completed and, Both Started and Completed" and select classes.
The report wizard allows users to select:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Class Status (Started, Completed or Both)
- Specific Classes
These filtering options help users generate customized reports based on operational and academic requirements.
User can see generated reports for classes.
The system generates detailed reports for selected classes and lesson activities. Users can review attendance information, class progress, completed lessons and academic performance data for better decision-making and school management.
