Students Menu
Under Odoo Music School → Configuration → Students, users can create and manage student records. The menu allows administrators to enter and maintain essential student information, including student name, gender, age and contact details.
Instruments Menu
Under Odoo Music School → Configuration → Instruments, users can create and manage the musical instruments available at the school.
The menu allows administrators to maintain instrument records with details such as instrument name and instrument description.
Teachers Menu
Services Menu
Under Odoo Music School → Configuration → Services, users can create and manage the services offered by the music school.
The service records can include details such as the service name, sales price, sales taxes and purchase taxes.
Classes Dashboard
Under Odoo Music School → Classes, users can access the Classes Dashboard to view and manage scheduled music classes in a centralized interface.
The dashboard provides an overview of each class, including the class name, start date, end date, assigned teacher and number of lessons.
Create Music Classes
Under Odoo Music School → Classes, users can create and manage music classes by entering essential class information such as the class name, class period, teacher, service, instrument and students.
Users can also define the class repeat frequency as Daily, Weekly or Monthly. When Daily is selected, Odoo automatically repeats the class according to the configured schedule, helping users efficiently manage recurring music lessons and class sessions.
When Weekly repetition is selected for a class in Odoo Music School, users can choose the specific days on which the class should be scheduled.
The class is automatically repeated on the selected weekdays.
When Monthly repetition is selected for a class in Odoo Music School, users can specify the dates on which the class should be scheduled.
The class is automatically repeated on the selected monthly dates.
Add Lessons to the Class
Under Odoo Music School, select the required days for the weekly class schedule. After selecting the days, click the 'Add Lessons' button to create lessons for the class based on the selected schedule.
Add Lessons Wizard
In the Odoo Music School 'Add Lessons' wizard, users can view the selected Class Name and click 'Add a line' to add lesson details, including the required students.
After adding the required students in the 'Add Lessons' wizard, click the 'Add Lesson' button to create the lesson for the selected class. The lesson is added with a Draft status and can be managed from the class record.
Generated Required Lessons
Users can view the lessons automatically generated according to the selected repetition schedule and days. After reviewing the generated lessons, click the 'Start' button to begin the class and move it from Draft to Started status.
Started the Class
In Odoo Music School, users can click the 'Start' button to begin the scheduled class. Once started, the class moves from Draft to Started status, allowing users to manage the active class and its lessons.
Lessons Menu
Go to Music School → Configuration → Lessons to view and manage the lessons created for music classes in Odoo Music School. Users can track lesson names, scheduled start and end times and their current status from the list view.
Start Lesson
Users can click the 'Start' button to begin the selected lesson. Once started, the lesson moves from Draft to Started status, allowing users to manage the active lesson and track student attendance.
Complete Lesson
users can click the 'Complete' button to mark the lesson as completed. Once completed, the lesson status changes from Started to Completed, allowing users to track the lesson's completion status.

Student Attendance Menu
Go to Music School → Student Attendance to view the student attendance records in list view. Users can easily track each student's attendance status for their assigned lessons, including whether the student is Present or Absent.

Create Invoice of the Class
Users can click the 'CREATE INVOICE' button to generate an invoice for the students enrolled in the class. In Odoo Music School, the invoice amount is generated based on the number of lessons attended by each student.
Users can view the invoice for a particular student in Odoo Music School, including the number of lessons attended and the corresponding lesson charges. The invoice also displays applicable taxes, total amount, payment status, and amount due for the student.
Music Class Report Menu
Go to Music School → Reporting → Music Class Report to generate and view student attendance reports. Users can access class-wise attendance information to track student participation and attendance records in Odoo Music School.
Student Attendance Report
Users can generate the Student Attendance Report from the Music Class Report in Odoo Music School. The report provides detailed attendance information for each lesson, including the lesson name, start date, end date, student name, teacher name and attendance status.
