POS Orders List
Load POS Order Configuration
Users can configure the POS order loading options from the Point of Sale Settings menu. The session limit configuration allows users to control how many previous POS orders are loaded into the POS interface based on business requirements.
Users can select options such as loading all session orders, recent session orders, current day orders, or current session orders.
Display Current Session POS Orders
Users can configure the POS order display settings to show only the orders created during the active POS session. By selecting the "Only Current Session's Orders" option from the session limit configuration, users can quickly access current session transactions without loading previous order records.
Manage POS Orders from Current Session
Users can view and manage POS orders from the Orders section available in the Point of Sale interface. This screen displays all orders created during the active POS session along with important details such as order reference, customer name, order date, total amount and payment status.
Re-Order POS Products from Previous Orders
Users can quickly create a new POS order from an existing order using the Re-Order button available in the POS Orders list. This feature allows cashiers to select previously purchased products and add them again to the current POS transaction without manually searching and adding each item.
Reorder Products Directly from POS Screen
Users can quickly reorder previously purchased products directly from the POS screen after selecting the required order. The selected products are automatically added to the current POS cart, allowing cashiers to complete repeat purchases faster.
Reprint POS Receipt from Order List
Users can reprint customer receipts directly from the POS Orders list using the Receipt Print button. This allows cashiers to quickly generate a copy of previous transaction receipts whenever required.
POS Order Return With Barcode Scanner
Return POS Order Using Barcode Scanner
Users can process POS order returns quickly by scanning the order barcode from the POS return screen. The barcode scanner automatically captures the order reference and fills it into the return order popup.
After scanning the barcode, users can review the scanned order details and click the Apply button to proceed with the return process.
Products Added for Return Order
After clicking the Apply button, the selected products from the original POS order are added to the POS cart with a negative quantity. The negative quantity indicates that these products are being returned.
Users can review the returned product lines, verify the return amount and proceed with the payment process to complete the POS return order.
Configure Sale Order Import in POS
Users can configure the Import Sale Order feature from the POS settings. By enabling this option, sale orders can be imported directly into the POS interface for further processing.
Users can also define the sale order date duration to control which sale orders should be loaded into the POS. Additional options allow users to import only draft/sent sale orders and automatically cancel the sale order after successful import based on business requirements.
Sale Order List in POS
When the user clicks on the Sale Orders button in the POS interface, the system displays a list of available sale orders based on the configured settings.
Users can view important sale order details such as Order Number, Order Date, Customer, Salesperson, Subtotal, Total Amount and Order Status. From this list, users can select the required sale order and use the Import Order button to load the order details directly into the POS screen for further processing.
POS Gift Coupons & Vouchers Discount
Create Options for Coupon/Gift Voucher
Users can create gift coupons directly from the POS screen using the Coupon Options menu. By selecting the Create Coupon option, users can generate a new gift coupon or voucher that can be used for customer discounts during future purchases.
Create Coupon/Gift voucher
Users can create new coupons or gift vouchers directly from the POS interface. While creating a coupon, users can configure details such as coupon name, product, barcode, issue date, expiry date, discount type, coupon amount, usage limit and customer/category restrictions.
The coupon can be configured as a fixed amount discount or percentage-based discount and can be applied on either taxed or untaxed amounts according to business requirements. Users can also define validity periods and maximum discount limits to control coupon usage.
After entering all required details, users can save the coupon and generate a gift voucher that can be used during POS transactions to provide discounts and improve customer loyalty.

After creating the coupon or gift voucher, users can generate and print the coupon receipt directly from the POS system.
The generated voucher includes important details such as coupon name, issue date, expiry date, discount amount and unique coupon number.

POS Gift Card
Gift Card Menu
Users can access the Gift Card feature from Point of Sale > Gift Coupons > Gift Card menu. This menu allows users to manage and create gift card products that can be used for customer purchases.
From the Gift Card menu, users can view available gift card products and create new gift cards according to business requirements.

Gift Card Product in POS Screen
Gift card products are displayed directly on the POS screen after configuration. Users can select the required gift card amount while creating a customer order.
The selected gift card is added to the POS order as a product line, allowing customers to purchase prepaid gift cards that can be redeemed for future purchases.
POS Global Custom Discounts
Custom Discount Configuration
Under the Point of Sale > Configuration > POS Custom Discount menu, users can create and manage custom discount rules for POS orders.
Users can configure the discount by entering the Discount Name, setting the Discount Percentage and selecting the available POS sessions where the discount can be applied.
Apply Custom Discount on POS Screen
After configuring custom discounts, users can apply available discounts directly from the POS screen.
Once products are added to the order, click the Discount button to open the discount selection popup. The popup displays all configured discount offers available for the current POS session.
Users can select the required discount offer and the selected discount will be automatically applied to the POS order total.
Configure Fixed Amount Discount in POS
From the Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings menu, users can configure the discount type available in POS.
Select the Fixed discount option to apply a fixed amount discount on POS orders. Once configured, users can define and apply fixed-value discounts during POS transactions instead of calculating discounts manually.
POS Cart Item and Quantity Count
The POS screen displays the total number of items and quantities added to the current order in the cart section. Users can easily view the total item count and overall product quantity before completing the payment.
POS Pay Later
Configuration for POS Partial Payment
To enable the Pay Later / Partial Payment feature in POS, users need to configure the required settings from the Point of Sale configuration menu.
Enable the Allow Partial Payment option and select the Partial Payment Product that will be used for creating pending payment transactions.

After enabling the Partial Payment feature, users can collect a partial amount for a POS order during checkout.
On the POS payment screen, click the Partial Payment option and enter the amount received from the customer. The system will record the paid amount and automatically display the remaining balance that needs to be collected later.
POS Loyalty Configuration Setup
Under Point of Sale > Loyalty Management > Loyalty Configuration, users can create and manage loyalty programs for POS customers.
To configure a loyalty program, users need to enter the Loyalty Program Name, select the related Product and define the loyalty earning rules. Users can set the loyalty calculation basis and specify the purchase amount required to earn loyalty points.

When products are added to the cart, the system automatically calculates loyalty points based on the configured purchase amount rules and displays the total earned points for the current order.
POS Multi Currency Payment Configuration
Enable the Multi Currency and Multi Currency Conversion options from the Point of Sale configuration settings. After enabling the options, add the required currencies that should be available in the POS.
POS Internal Transfer
Users can create an Internal Stock Transfer directly from the POS screen. Select the required Picking Type, Source Location and Destination Location for transferring products between internal locations. Users can also select the required transfer State and create the stock transfer from the POS interface.
POS Invoice and Register Payment
From the POS Home Screen, available action buttons will be displayed based on the enabled configuration. Click the Payment option from the Actions menu to register payment for a particular customer directly from the POS interface.

POS Cross Selling
In the POS screen, when a user selects a parent product, a Cross Selling Products popup will appear with the configured related products.
POS Advance Multiple Shops
Users can configure product availability for multiple POS shops. From the product configuration, select one or multiple POS Shops where the product should be available. The configured product will be displayed only in the selected shops during POS operations.
POS Commission
Users can configure and manage POS Commission rules from the Point of Sale configuration menu. Create commission rules based on different criteria such as standard commission, partner-based commission, product/category-based commission or discount-based commission. The assigned salespersons will receive commissions according to the configured rules.
The applied commission details can be viewed from the POS order under the POS Commission tab, where users can track the commission type, sales person and commission amount generated for the order.


POS Margin Display
When selecting products in the POS screen, the system automatically calculates and displays the product margin along with the product details. The Total Margin is also calculated based on all selected products in the POS cart.

POS Product Stock Configuration
Enable the Display Stock in POS option to show available product stock quantities directly on the POS product screen.
Users can configure stock visibility by selecting the Show Stock of option:
- All Warehouse: Displays the combined stock quantity available across all warehouses.
- Current Session Warehouse: Displays stock only from the warehouse linked with the current POS session.
When using the current session warehouse option, select the required Stock Location to define the inventory location from which the stock quantity should be displayed.

POS Bag Charges
Users can add multiple carry bags to a POS order by selecting the required bag type from the List Of Bag Charges popup.

POS Invoice Auto Check
POS Auto Invoice Configuration
Under Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings, users can enable the Invoice Auto Check option to automatically generate invoices for POS orders.
After enabling this option, users can select the invoice operation behavior:
- Allow Auto Print Invoice: Automatically prints the invoice after order validation.
- Disallow Auto Print Invoice: Prevents automatic invoice printing.
Users can configure invoice handling based on their requirement, such as downloading the invoice, sending it by email, or performing both actions after invoice generation.

Automatically Activate Invoice Button on POS Screen
After clicking the Payment button, the Invoice option will be automatically enabled on the POS payment screen according to the invoice configuration.

POS Logo on Session and Receipt
Users can configure and display the company logo on the POS interface. After configuration, the logo will be visible on the POS session screen

POS Bundle Product Pack
In the Point of Sale screen, users can view all configured Product Packs along with their assigned categories.

POS Advance Order Note
In the POS screen, users can add additional notes for products or orders using the Internal Note feature.
From the popup window, users can select the note type:
- Product Note: Add notes specific to the selected product.
- Order Note: Add notes applicable to the complete order.
Users can either select predefined notes or manually enter custom notes. After adding the required details, click Apply to save the note with the order.

POS Auto Lot Selection With Barcode
When selecting a product with lot/serial tracking enabled, users can view all available Lot/Serial Numbers for that product.
The lot selection popup displays complete inventory details, including:
- Lot/Serial Number
- Stock Location
- Product Name
- Available Quantity
Users can select the required lot/serial number directly from the list to complete the POS order processing.


Multiple Invoice Journal Selection on POS

On the POS payment screen, users can enable the Invoice option and select the required Invoice Journal before validating the payment.

POS Order Cancel/Reverse/Revert
Cancelled POS Order
Users can cancel a POS order from the order management screen. After cancellation, the order status is updated to Cancelled, allowing users to track reversed or cancelled transactions separately.

Quotation Sale Order and Pay Invoice in POS
Configuration in POS
Under Point of Sale > Other Reports, users can access the required POS reports and configure the options related to sale order import.
Enable the required configuration to allow users to:
- Import existing sale orders into the POS session.
- Create sale orders from POS with the selected sale order state.
- Configure the warehouse used for generating sale orders.

Select Shipping Address for Sale Order
While creating a sale order from the POS screen, users can select the required Shipping Address before creating the order.
After creating the sale order, all POS order details such as customer information, products, quantities and pricing are automatically transferred to the generated quotation/sale order.


Apply POS Themes
Configuration Theme Selection
Under POS configuration, users can select and configure the required POS Theme.
Once the theme style is selected and configured, the selected theme will be automatically applied to the POS interface, updating the appearance and layout of the POS screen according to the chosen design.


Customer Image in POS
Users can view the customer image directly on the Point of Sale screen after selecting a customer.

POS A4 Size Report
You can click on 'Print A4 Size Receipt' button to print A4 size receipt.


POS Complimentary Products
Added Complimentary Product
When the configured quantity condition is fulfilled, the system automatically adds the complimentary product to the POS order. Users can view the added complimentary product directly in the POS order lines.

POS Backend Workflow
Create POS Order from Backend
Under Point of Sale > Orders > Orders menu, users can access the POS order management view. The Create button allows users to create a new POS order directly from the backend.

POS Complimentary Products
When the required purchase quantity is reached, the system automatically adds the configured complimentary product to the POS order. The complimentary product is displayed separately in the order line with a zero price and a complimentary product label.

POS Customer Validation/Verification
Under Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings, users can configure customer validation rules and restrictions for required customer fields.
Users can enable verification options for customer information such as:
- Email Required – Makes email address mandatory while selecting or creating a customer.
- Phone Required – Requires a customer phone number.
- Barcode Required – Requires a customer barcode.
- Email Unique – Prevents duplicate email addresses for customers.
- Phone Unique – Ensures each customer has a unique phone number.
- Barcode Unique – Prevents duplicate customer barcodes.

Verification for Required Field
When a user tries to save a customer record without entering a required field, the system displays a Validation Error popup.

POS Display Line Tax
In the Point of Sale order line, users can view the applicable tax information for each product along with the product details.

POS Orderline Division and Section
Users can view added divisions and sections in the Point of Sale order cart to organize order lines more effectively. User can also add multiple number of divisions to point of sale orderline.

POS Paid Order Delete
Users can delete paid POS orders directly from the POS order form view.

POS Customer Custom Fields
Users can view and manage additional customer information fields directly from the Point of Sale customer interface.

POS PayLine Reference
Users can enter a PayLine Reference while processing payments from the POS payment screen.

POS Product Switch View

Users can configure the POS product display by selecting "List View" as the default product view and enabling the "Small Size" option for product images.
After configuration, products are displayed in a list format with small images along with product details such as:
- Product image
- Product code
- Product name
- Product type
- Unit of Measure (UoM)
- Product price
- On-hand quantity
- Forecasted quantity


Quick POS Order Lines Remove/Delete
Users can quickly remove individual order lines directly from the Point of Sale cart.

POS Product Auto Sync
Users can automatically synchronize products in the Point of Sale interface without manually refreshing the POS session.
When new products are added or existing product information is updated from the backend, the changes are automatically reflected in the POS product list.
