Access Rights Configuration
Users can be assigned Manager or Technician access rights under Mobile Services based on their responsibilities in the mobile repair operations.
Manage Mobile Brand
Go to Mobile Service > Configuration > Brand, where managers can create and manage multiple mobile brands used in mobile repair requests.
Manage Mobile Models
Managers can create and manage multiple mobile models and associate each model with its corresponding mobile brand for use in mobile repair requests.
Manage Complaint Types
Managers can create and manage multiple complaint types to categorize common issues reported during mobile repair requests.
Manage Complaint Templates
Managers can create and manage multiple complaint templates to define predefined complaint descriptions and categories for mobile service requests.
Manage Terms and Conditions
Managers can create and manage multiple terms and conditions for mobile service operations, which can be applied to service requests as required.
Manage Parts Inventory
Users can manage mobile repair parts from Mobile Service > Parts Inventory, including parts such as batteries, motherboards, and screen protectors, along with their respective prices.

On the Parts Inventory product form, users can enable the Is Part Inventory checkbox to include the product in the Parts Inventory list for use in mobile repair operations.

Create Mobile Service Request
Managers can create a mobile service request by entering details such as the service type, customer information, mobile brand, requested and return dates, IMEI number, warranty number, and other relevant service details.
Managers can click Assign to Technician to assign the service request to a technician for further repair and service activities.
Assign To Technician
Managers can select a Technician from the assignment wizard and click Assign to Technician to assign the mobile service request for further processing.
Access Rights Configuration
Users can be assigned Technician access under Mobile Services to manage and process mobile service requests according to their assigned responsibilities.
Manage Mobile Service Request
Technicians can view their assigned mobile service requests along with the required customer, mobile, and service details. Once the repair is completed, the technician can click Completed to update the service request status.


Create Invoice for Service Request
Once the technician completes the service, managers can click Create Invoice to generate an invoice for the service request. The invoice includes the consumed parts and applicable service charges based on the completed repair.

Managers can choose the Invoice Method to create an invoice based on either an Advance Amount or the Full Amount of the mobile service. After selecting the required method and amount, they can click Create Invoices to generate the invoice in draft state.

Created Invoice for Service Request
Once the invoice is created, the parts used during the service are automatically added to the invoice lines along with the Mobile Service Charge. Users can review the used parts, quantities, prices, taxes, and total invoice amount.
Print Ticket for Service Request
Managers can print a service request ticket from the service request by opening the Action menu and selecting Print Service Request Ticket.
Service Request Ticket in PDF Format
Users can print the Service Request Ticket in PDF format, containing the service number, customer, technician, requested and return dates, device details, complaint information, and applicable terms and conditions.
Mobile Service Analysis in Pivot View
Users can analyze mobile service requests in a pivot view, allowing them to review service data by different dimensions and measures for easier analysis and reporting.
Mobile Service Analysis in Graph View
Users can view mobile service analysis in a graph view to visualize service data and analyze trends across different categories or dimensions.
Mobile Service Report Wizard
Users can generate a Service Report by selecting the Requested Date, Return Date, Service Status, and Technician Name. The report can then be printed in PDF or XLSX format.
Mobile Service Report in PDF Format
Users can print the Mobile Service Report in PDF format, including the requested date, return date, service number, customer, mobile brand and model, assigned technician, and service status.
Mobile Service Report in Excel Format
Users can generate the Mobile Service Report in Excel format, including the request date, return date, service number, customer, mobile brand, mobile model, IMEI number, and service status.
Parts Usage Report in PDF Format
Users can generate the Parts Usage Report in PDF format, including the requested date, return date, product, quantity, price, service number, assigned technician, and service status.
Parts Usage Report in Excel Format
Users can generate the Parts Usage Report in Excel format, including the request date, return date, product, quantity, price, service number, technician, and service status.
Complaint Types Report in PDF Format
Users can generate the Complaint Types Report in PDF format, including the requested date, return date, complaint type, complaint description, service number, mobile brand and model, assigned technician, and service status.
