Odoo Chatter For Account Payment Voucher Entry
It's very important to have changes history of Account

When account payment created new message will appeared in account payment chatter.
When Stages Changed
When account payment stage will change message will display in account payment chatter.
When Amount is Changed
When account payment amount will change message will display in payment chatter.
