Under user configuration give an education management access rights for 'Administrator', 'Faculty', 'Parent' and 'Student'.

School Configuration


Admin can configure the school with details.

 
Admin can set student, faculty, parent, religion, standard, noticeboard, document type, grade, mother tongue, course and division detail under school configuration.

Admin can set years and months detail under academic year configuration.

Admin can set subject and subject elective detail under subject configuration.

Admin can set classes detail under assign roll number configuration.

Admin can set medium of standard.

Admin can set alumni/terminate students details and admission register details under school configuration.



Assign Assignment Menu


Admin can view the assign assignments.

 
Once fill up the details of assignment and upload the assignment then click on 'ACTIVE' button to activate it.


Submit Assignment by Student


Once fill up the assignment details, attach the answer/home work of assignment and submit it.

Approve/Reject Student Assignment by Faculty


Admin or faculty can view the submitted assignment by students and approve or reject it.

Reminder Menu


Admin can create the reminder for test or exam etc.

 
Admin can send the reminder by email to the student.

Under user configuration give an education management access rights for 'Administrator', 'Faculty', 'Parent' and 'Student'.

Admin can create evaluation template by selection of user type as 'Faculty' or 'Student' then set rating by adding rating value and comment.


Student Evaluation Menu


Admin can view the list of student evaluation.

 
Admin can create student evaluation by selecting student, evaluation date, user type and evaluation user.

Admin can get student evaluation question by clicking on 'GET QUESTION' button.

Admin can view the student evaluation question and give rating and remarks of specific student evaluation.


Print Student Evaluation Report


Admin can print student evaluation report by clicking on 'Student Evaluation' option in Print.

Faculty Evaluation Menu


Admin can view the list of faculty evaluation.

Admin can create faculty evaluation by selecting faculty, evaluation date, user type and evaluation user.

Admin can get faculty evaluation question by clicking on 'GET QUESTION' button.

Admin can view the faculty evaluation question and give rating and remarks of specific faculty evaluation.

Admin can start the faculty evaluation by clicking on 'START' button.


Print Faculty Evaluation Report


Admin can print faculty evaluation report by clicking on 'Faculty Evaluation' option in Print.

Exam Management System


Under user configuration give an education management access rights for 'Administrator', 'Faculty', 'Parent' and 'Student'.

Regular Exams Menu


Goto Education Management -> Exam -> Regular Exams menu in that view the list of created exams with status.

Admin can create an exam with details and set class details with exam code and name of the exam.

Admin can create exam schedule based on standard and start the exam by clicking on 'START' button.

Once cancelled exam, Admin have option to reset as draft.


Exam Result Menu


User can view the list of created exam results.

Admin can create exam result by entering student details and exam details with obtained marks so other grade and result details should be calculated.

Admin can confirm the exam result by clicking on 'CONFIRM' button.

Admin or student can re-evaluate the exam result by clicking on 'RE-EVALUATE' button and result details will be updated.



Print Exam Result Menu


Admin or student can print exam result under Print.

Admin can create additional exams with details.

Admin can view the listed fees receipts.

Admin can send email notification regarding pending fees. 

Admin or student can make the payment by clicking on 'PAYMENT' button.

Admin or student can print student receipt under 'Print' menu.

Under user configuration give an hostel admission access rights for 'Manager'.
