Freight Product Services
User can create freight product services under Freight > Master Data > Services menu.
User can also manage customers and vendors for freight under the Master Data menu.
Create Freight Booking Request
User can create freight booking requests from the website by clicking the "Create New Booking" button under the "Booking" menu, user can also see created freight booking requests.
User can select freight operation, direction, transport, and transport shipment type, shipper, consignee, landing port, discharge port, and other details and click the "Book Now" button.
Freight Booking
User can see created freight bookings and can view and download the attachment.
Convert Shipment
User can convert freight booking into shipment by clicking "CONVERT SHIPMENT" button, and also can change stage accordingly.
User can see and access created shipments for booking from the smart button.
Freight Shipment
User can see created shipment from the booking with all details entered into the freight booking, and also can change the shipment state accordingly.
Add Shipping Order
User can add shipping order by selecting Package, Quantity, Volume(CBM), and Gross Weight(KG) for order.
Add Shipping Routes
User can add routes by selecting routes type, transport, and other details, user can also add packages and services for shipment as shown in bellow image.
Add Shipping Packages
User can add shipping packages by clicking the "GENERATE FROM ORDER" button and based on added order package will be added automatically.
Shipment Services
Added services to routes will automatically link here, user can also add other services.
Shipment Customs Details
User can add shipment custom details like Declaration Number, Declaration Date, and Customs Clearance Date for shipment.
Shipment Tracking Details
User can also add shipment tracking details like shipment location, description, and date.
Create Customer Invoice
User can create customer invoices for shipment service by selecting service and clicking the "Create Invoice" menu under the Action menu.
User can create an invoice for Agent, Consignee, and Shipper.
User can see created invoice for shipment service.
Create Vendor Bill
User can create vendor bill for shipment service by selecting service and clicking the "Create Bill" menu under the Action menu.
User can create a bill for Agent, Consignee, and Shipper.
User can see created vendor bill for shipment service.
Shipment Accounting
User can see shipment accounting details like Expected Bills, Actual Payments, and Amounts Due for created customer invoice and vendor bill.
Track Shipment
User can track shipments by entering the booking number or shipment number under the "Track Shipment" menu on the website.
User can see shipment tracking details.
